Please review our Terms of service before signing up as an affiliate

 

1. You must be at least 18 years of age (or 21 years of age where 21 is the age of majority in your country/state) to signup or use the Program.

2. Enjoyx.pro reserves the right to reject any application to own affiliate program for any reason.

3. We grant to you the limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable and revocable license, during the term of this Agreement, to use graphics, including banners, text, audio and visual content and other intellectual properties (hereinafter 'marks') owned by us for the sole purpose of marketing, advertising and promoting Program`s Site(s). The license herein granted shall automatically and immediately cease upon the termination of this Agreement.

4. Enjoyx.pro's basic affiliate program is Revenue Sharing Program. The Affiliate is paid a percentage of the profits generated on Enjoyx.pro’s websites from his traffic, after the credits and chargebacks have been deducted. The Affiliate will receive a percentage of profits generated from the Affiliate’s traffic as long as the surfers renew their memberships without limitation.

5. Enjoyx.pro makes payments in USD. Minimum payouts for Paxum are $100 with $1 fee. Minimum payouts for Wires are $100 with $40 fee.

6. Payments are made twice per month: on the 1st and 16th of each month. The payment covers 2 weeks before 2 previous. Payments are sent within 3 days of the payout date.

7. Enjoyx.pro offers several billing options on its sites in order to satisfy the members needs regarding type of payment instrument, currency and geographic location. Some of the billing options provide a lower profit performance when compared to the standard.

8. Enjoyx.pro may cancel any account that has a high number of chargebacks or refunds.

9. Enjoyx.pro has a zero tolerance policy towards spam. If you spam your account will be deleted and all funds will be forfeited.

10. Affiliate cannot promote Enjoyx.pro’s websites using false and misleading advertisement.

11. Affiliate cannot promote Enjoyx.pro’s websites from any site containing illegal content and materials.

12. Enjoyx.pro reserves the right to close an account or deactivate any program if not profitable. In such case, the money made by Affiliate will be paid, unless there was a violation of our terms.

13. Affiliate cannot refer someone within his own company or organization or direct family member, or someone that already has an account in one of our cash programs.

14. Enjoyx.pro ’s websites content and program materials, including and not limited to, banners, photographic materials, recordings, video, sound, and any other form of intellectual property provided to you by Enjoyx.pro shall remain the property of Enjoyx.pro and may not be copied, reproduced, altered, modified, changed, distributed, transmitted, sold or offered for sale in any manner, at any time anywhere in the world unless authorized by Enjoyx.pro in writing.

15. We reserve the right to change the terms of the Enjoyx.pro program at any time without notification.

 

By signing up to the Enjoyx.pro Affiliate Program, and by supplying with all the required information to sign up as an Affiliate, the Affiliate is acknowledging that they have read and agreed to all of these terms and condition
